Hey, I've managed to deploy a prefect server (https://weasley-production.up.railway.app/dashboard) and connect to it via cli from my local machine and other service to register a work-pool. I can also deploy and schedule pipeline to run.

However, when I opened the dashboard, it does not show any changes at all, and it always show this error message "Can't connect to Server API at http://127.0.0.1:4200/api."

I've tried to set the environment variable 'PREFECT_API_URL' to the same url but still not successful.

Any idea or pointer is greatly appreciated. Thanks beforehand!
